Why is our Community valuable for Digital.ai customers?

Think about the things you value most in your professional life. What comes to mind? Your degree, your team, your skill set, your intellectual property, your published works, the list goes on and on… What do all these things have in common? You created or co-created all of them.

We all value the things we create or co-create. This is what Digital.ai Community is all about – co-creating the future of our products, processes, and services with our customers.

Digital.ai Community can support you and your team to get more value out of Digital.ai products and processes by helping you:

Getting started 

Once you’ve received an email invitation and have logged in, you will get to the Community home page. At the top of the home page, you will find some links to resources most Digital.ai Customer are already familiar with – for example, if you are looking to open a ticket with our Support Team, or explore our Product Documentation, you can leverage these links to quickly get to where you need to go.

Also, on the home page you will find a feed of content aggregated from various channels you may already be subscribed to:

Next, on the left side under the “Welcome” tab, you will find information for all members, regardless of which Digital.ai product you may be leveraging. You will also find tabs for:

• Rules & Guidelines
• Say Hello
• Announcements
• Community Feedback

Under the “Digital.ai Community” tab, you will find the product-specific community channels that will be relevant to your needs depending on which Digital.ai product(s) your team is using.

You’ll notice the following content categories in the horizontal scroll at the top as well as in the tags section on the right side of the screen:

• Getting Started
• Learning the Product
• Accelerating Value
• Webinars

So, if for instance you are a Digital.ai Agility customer looking to learn more about the features of the product, you can leverage the “Learning the Product” tag and get a curated set of content that will help you learn the features of Agility. For example, at the top of the present content list is a video on using Project Workspaces in Digital.ai Agility. If you happen to have a question about this particular topic, you can put it in a comment attached to this video and one of our product experts will respond to you.

You will find this structure across all product-specific Community channels.

Also, notice the search functionality at the top of the screen – you can search for your topic of interest and find relevant content and conversations.

Lastly, if you are interested in receiving content notification for additional product channels other than the ones you are currently subscribed to, all you need to do is join the channel of interest, press the bell at the top right and choose your notification preferences.
